Evanthia Chalkidou has been an artist since childhood, as a teenager and as an adult. The first execution with a Kodak instamatic 155x color camera, appearance, imprint, she quickly decides that her brush is the camera lens and creates her own world through it.

Decorating spaces is the most important element in the works produced, as years of work in this area signify the subsequent course. They adorn both houses and professional spaces.

“live”, “discover”, “create” and “react”. It generates and works with passion and intensity a wide range of techniques. It listens to a lot of music, loves summer, the blue of the sea, the sun, the warmth, and traveling.

I am Evanthia Chalkidou

Passion and intensity for everything creative. She pursued graphic design studies and further extended her education in photography starting in 1991. In 1993, as a founding member of FKTH, she signed as "Evi" with a "beta" and embarked on a creative decade of group and solo exhibitions in the photographic and artistic world. At the same time, she worked as an editor, photographer, and visual arts column advisor for the magazine “14 Days and Nights” in Thessaloniki. Her direct involvement with the art world further stimulated her exploration of technical and artistic aspects. She worked with analog images and discovered that collage represented a new visual perspective for her world.
